i got an allergy shot only once, but it did not help. I think i only got it injected once on my bum.

How many shots did it take for you to get rid of pnd.

And did it help your bb at all?

Once would do nothing. Allergy shots are actually injecting you with what you are allergic to build resistance. It takes 3-5 shots to even begin seeing a difference, and you stay on them for years.
Yes, allergy shots has completely gotten rid of my PND
