because i dont remember it. i actually had several readings. for the most part the readings werent bad, but i do remember it being high once. i dont really trust the machines to be honest because one time i used it and got a favorable reading and then i asked to try it again and the reading got significantly higher

and btw integral i didnt mean to downplay your problem, i was just trying to understand your situation

i dont know about these halimeters...

i had the test recently, which measured in parts per billion

the three gases it tested for were hydrogen sulfide, methylmercaptan and dimethyl sulfide

apparently, the cognitive threshold (ie at what concentration people can smell the offensive smells) are 112, 26 and 20 ppb respectively.

so i wanted to really test it out, to measure myself at its worst. so i drank alcohol the night before, woke up had a coffee but didn't brush my teeth and tongue at all! that was the scariest thing ever, everyday for the past three years i've spent a minimum of 20mins on my oral hygiene...

mine only came up as 17, 0, and 25 ppb (so mildly smelly on the third gas) but she said she couldn't smell anything offensive....

wtf am i supposed to think?!

could it be that all this time what i've been interpreting as signals about my bb are maybe just signals about my BO? (I've always been under the impression that i have both problems, but could it be i only have the BO?)

but even now, if i lick my wrist and let it dry its a disgusting smell...i dont know what to bloody think

walk into a store u have never been to before. ask the person at the counter a few questions acting as if your breath doesnt smell at all and see how the person reacts. dont be afraid to act normally as u have never been to this store and will probably not return
