The only thing I seem to be able to eat for breakfast that helps at all is probiotic natural yoghurt... give that a try. Vegetable soup and a roll sounds like an okay lunch but if the soup is made with cream (i.e. dairy) then it may not be so good for your BB. Try having vegetarian dinners too, just for three days or so and see how that effects your BB.... I'm not saying go completely veggie but if going veggie for a little while helps then consider eating meat just 1-3 times a week. After lunch eat a bit more natural yoghurt and same after dinner too. If you're using mouthwash, stop! It's all crap.
Hold it. The probiotic cultures in yogurt may be helpful, but yogurt IS dairy too, after all... That will increase mucus production.... unless it's a soy based yogurt.

... I know, I don't get it but it works for me. If I drink 1 mouthfull of milk my mouth tastes horrible but for some reason natural yoghurt helps me. However, I shouldn't have written no dairy given that I'm clearly consuming shed loads of dairy... in my head i put natural yoghurt in its own special category.
