What exactly is considered halitosis?

brightonguy: There is a deep problem with some doctors disbelieving systematically and making the oversimplified reasoning "no bb at the moment = no bb at all". On the other hand, halitophobia exists and people who don't suffer from bb who want so much attention exist. With not enough cases of real bb, doctors can be tempted to generalize on what is easier to (not) treat.
