Try drinking lemonade after meal. I am acidic based on lab results so I experimented in drinking lemonade after eating and I think it helped. From 6, it went up to 6,5, which is still acidic. Unfortunately, bb is still extreme

ok thanks doc there is so much misinformation out there its hard to keep up. as far as blood goes i see that your saying if its acidic i would be worser off but can it be contaminted? i read that if you have digestive issues toxins, undigested proteins, etc can all be absorbed through the intestines into the blood.

hali grl,
I think you are referring to leaky gut syndrome, which a lot of doctors still scoff at, but increased intestinal permeability keeps showing up in Mebo Research's tested subjects:
http://meboresearch.org/testresults.html
http://www.bloodbornebodyodorandhalitos ... iosis.html
They mainly concentrate on body odor, but I'm just pointing out that there is a test for you if you think you have leaky gut. The PEG test done by biolab offers a better evaluation of how permeable your gut is, since PEG can form molecules of many different sizes which will show up in your urine and be detected. The normal test of lactulose/mannitol will work but only gives you two points of data (as I understand it).
Hope this helps.

Agree with this guy on the quakery. But not sure on the rest of what he's trying to prove because when we eat anything acidic our saliva very quickly returns things to normal again in the mouth and that's all he's proving here. During the time anyone eats anything acidic, the teeth are under attack. If he can eat heaps of fruit without any tooth symptoms he may simply have very good teeth and a good flow of saliva. Someone who doesn't have such good teeth will quickly start to suffer if they eat too much acidic food.

he was making a statement about the bodies ph . I think as an aside, talked about teeth . Interestingly , i notice that i get no mouth issues with any super sweet fruits ,even if i don't rinse/brush right away ,but raw tomatoes burn my tongue ! within minutes the geographic tongue comes back after being gone for weeks ! With that said ,I pretty much avoid heavy citrus after clara & jimi's issues but even when i do have some i dont get such mouth problems .
Your point again brings up the issue with proper saliva activity though. Some of us may not be producing enough amylase enzymes in our saliva to break down sugar/carbs in the mouth properly . Hence it stays on the teeth too long and degraded the enamel .(?) I dont know, because i recall initially having tooth issues too for a month on heavy fruit . This week I will try adding back more heavy citrus to test . Maybe my body/saliva adapts over time .
