Bb0202, I haven't really tried it. I don't think we have something like a neti pot in my country (have never seen it) and apparently an ordinary bottle with a nozzle doesn't have enough pressure. Also, I think it's more difficult to reach the frontal sinuses. I'm going to try the idea of inserting garlic into the nostrils.
