Hi Stankie,

I just want to ask you a few questions. I would love to know your answers to them.
Have you done a liver and gallbladder cleanse?

Does your skin and the whites of your eyes take on a yellow hue?

What other symptoms of elevated bilirubin levels that you have?

Have you started only consuming foods that enhance and protect the function of your liver? (meaning no fats, oils [even if they're healthy], or protein since the liver has to break those things down but if it is damaged then even if the protein or oils is healthy, it still won't be able to break the protein and oils down).

Have you started restricting salt in your diet (even sea salt)?

Have you started eating foods or drink juices that are good for your liver (eg. carrot juice, apple juice, beetroot juice, dandelion juice, apples, bitter leafy salad greens (dandelion, chicory, endive, rocket), lemon juice, cruciferous vegetables (broccoli, Brussel sprouts, cauliflower, cabbage), brown rice, onion and garlic (on weekends), grapefruit, avocados, brazil nuts, almonds).

Have you started taking milk thistle, herbs, or vitamins (e.g. vitamins C, B complex) to help repair/regenerate your liver?

Do you empty your bowels once a day?

Will you go back to that doctor again or to another doctor to keep in check your bilirubin levels and figure out ways to reduce it?

Are you using anything to treat or provide relief for your angular cheilitis?

How do you feel right now?

Regarding your past anti-candida regime, do you feel that the regime has eradicated the majority of the candida albicans now and that they no longer trouble you?

Thank you Stankie.

Why does your neighbour, his parents, and his brother feel that they have the right to insult you (is this a part of your culture)?

Stankie, I have high bilirubin in liver tests too. My doctor was concerned enough to send me for an ultrasound scan. But in the end there was nothing wrong and he said some people just have high readings and it means nothing. From my medical history, he said I had a virus once, (I can't remember, I think Eppstein barr virus, not 100% sure though) and he says it might be because of that.

I just did a quick wikipedia check on this virus. 90-95% of adults have evidence of previous infection, so it's very common. But when you look at the symptoms, how much it can vary, and see how much it can affect the body, it makes you wonder.

Hi Stankie,

How come you are not able to take cannabis at the moment?
Also, how much are you thinking of selling your house for?
