You are were I was about 18 months ago until finally I realised it's not due to oral/tongue
I can't believe how stupid I was wasting all that time believing it was oral related.
If it was oral related antibacterial mouthwashes that kill 99.9 % would have worked for us.
It takes at least 4 hours to bacteria to reach original population and start causing odor again so if mouth wash does not work then it's not oral related.
