Mindy, awesome news! I think you might have found your cure, and if so, this is huge news for the group. First 9Years, and now possibly you. Next up, Fedup and maybe me. [-o< It just seems to make so much sense to me ... an area behind the nasal cavity, inaccessible to cleaning, that just festers with mucus and bacteria. I agree that certain traumatic events initiate chronic halitosis. Like you, I can trace my halitosis back around 9 years ago when I had a root canal on a back molar. I have since removed that tooth but the damage has been done. Now, you just need to be careful that you don't misinterpret reactions. Keep in mind, people DO touch their noses and do all sorts of strange things that have absolutely nothing to do with bad breath. Give yourself another month of testing and stay strong!

Thanks, SBomb.
also to answer Jimi from last post, I have been off antibiotics for 2 weeks.
I hope that antibiotics are not the reason for the improvement. Ive been on them plenty of times and they have never helped my bb.

Mindy, congratulations that you seems to BB free, what a great news & relief..
Thank you dear for sharing your updates.

your story sounds very similar to mine, i am also 40 yrs old female, with happy married & having 2 kids. But my BB seems heriditay like my G.mom, My father has Bb & now i & my kid also has BB. I started having bb at the age 7-8 yrs old. Hopefully it should be able to fix mine too if i go for the surgery.

Nissen Fundoplication. Not being overly optimistic this time though. I do have a good feeling about you situation though. A doctor verifying that you have cysts is a major breakthrough.

Came to India yesterday night for a surgery. Met with an ENT specialist who charged me 2 pounds 50 cents as consultation fee and did an investigation also for free. Said there are no adenoids and cannot operate on something that is not there. Tried explaining the situation and said can show him some proof of people who have undergone this surgery and got cured. Will visit him again in the next few days for more explanation. Just so difficult to convince these doctors who feel it is more psychological. Will keep posting about this to see if I can get this surgery done and if it can cure me.

Hi 9years and Mindy...did you have PND and persistent throat clearance. Whenever I eat something spicy, I get nasal discharge and have to clear the throat for a long time. In 2008, took treatment for GERD and used all the products which claim cure. I have a thick white coating on the tongue everyday and am hoping this surgery is the answer to all these issues.

Mindy, as a thank you you got better, you can at least answer all these questions from poeple, or are you just another runaway, when you got cured?

just shut up, you just came out of diapers dude, when you will be living with this disease for 20 years, then open your mouth and criticize. Something tells me that will happen, because you have a rotten attitude

When you own a site like that, you have responsibility. And at least answering questions to people, that are waiting for 4 days already, could be something that can be done easily, for ****ing saving your miserable life.....because of ungrateful fucks like you iwnyjsiksl, i just want to shut this site down, maybe you can open a new one, what do you say?

You have my word I'd never leave, I'm be here to help or be still searching.

I can't say I'm bb free,I probably won't for a year at least. But yes my mouth is still positively different in a good way. No reactions that I've noticed.

Forgive me for not posting,I have conjunctivitis in both eyes. Bb may be at bay, but still getting other issues especially with little kids being germ magnets. C'est la vie.

jimi, you will not scare me into posting. I am doing everyone a favor and not giving an absolute on my state. It took a lifetime to get this point, so it may take a long time to be able to say. I will post my state of mind and breath as I feel like it from now on.
If you don't hear from me in a week or more, it's ok, it's because I'm the same as my very last post and I have nothing to say.
I posted today because I want others to know I am here and will always want to help others in any way I can. BB or no BB. I am not going to tell others at this point that it was absolutely my cure.

If there are going to be disputes on spamming and name calling from the admin from this site, take it off this thread because it is off topicnA ND is so so so frustrating. . , I hope it stops here. Thanks to those who understand my approach from this surgery...I appreciate it.
