I had several problems causing halitosis
sinusitis, infection of the dental pulp, tonsils.

all successfully treated problems, endodontic treatment, nasal lavage and antibiotics, and removal of tonsils

but in spite of having solved all these problems, he continued with halitosis, as if he had never done anything

I had the most characteristic and unpleasant halitosis, since I could recognize my symptom in other people with the same type of halitosis.

the last 3 otorhinolaryngologists, perhaps when feeling my halitosis, they told me that it was a problem that still had no solution, after the third specialist was when I decided to search and experiment by myself

everything I had already known had treated him, but the main problem I had never managed to solve until I changed my way of breathing, that was the only thing that solved my problem definitively.

at the beginning of the year, I had my test of fire, (I still felt very insecure, after years of chronic halitosis) sleeping and dawning with someone, I passed the test successfully, since I knew very well when someone perceived my halitosis, something that in that Occasion did not happen, everything was perfect, my new way of breathing, by its results, I consider it almost a miracle, so incredibly effective and simple.
and I think that the very subtle nature that this halitosis provokes is the cause that has cost so much to find a solution, until now ..

Raymond, this works. I've been bad breath free for 4 months by changing my breathing to what you recommended.
Sincere thanks from a 25+ year sufferer. Spent endless money. This was free and so easy of course. But I'm so happy, I can't look back.
People give it another shot!

Ok these pics don’t help me at all, is there a video somewhere. Is this for people with nasal bb?

Best and easiest way to achieve the breathing:
Keep mouth closed. Pretend you're"snoring"

Don't snore at full force. Keep tongue off of the roof of your mouth. Try to direct Air to pass down your throat.

After a few days, it will be natural.

Be patient and consistent.

For you cured by this metod: what about your saliva smell? If you touch your tongue with finger, wait some seconds, what about saliva smell?

No smell in the saliva test.

However I never thought too much of that test. I don’t think it’s reliable

When you inhale, does your stomach get bigger or smaller?

Winter-
Smaller like you’re sucking in your stomach. Exhale, bigger

how good it is to know that there are more people who have managed to cure themselves of this problem with a simple change in the way they breathe.
the test of the saliva is not conclusive, the only truly veridical will be the verdict of another person, you have no better way to verify the state of your breath.
I take advantage of this occasion that I have practically fulfilled a year free of a chronic problem that I have had for decades.

For people that believe their issue is somehow Nasal/nose related I have some information that might be very interesting.

I have researched stomach/dental/bacteria origins of the issue. Tried metronidazole/PPI stomach acid reduction/nasal rinse/negative H pylori test/probiotics every popular method, you name it i've tried it completely and had no change or success. Also had a CT scan and they saw ''Mild mucosal thickening of the maxillary sinus''

I read this entire thread and it all of a sudden dawned on me I have had this bad habit of sort of tensing my stomach and inhaling air directly into my nose. Then I noticed there are more and more people reporting that a simple breathing method applied correctly will solve Nasal based BB. - viewtopic.php?f=1&t=7459 - I think I know why.

Anyway onto my interesting discovery. I decided to get a Nasal endoscopy where they put a camera up your nose. They discovered I have chronic rhinosinusitus. The nasal passage is bloody, slightly swollen and enflamed 24/7. This ENT doctor could not figure out why and just said try nasal spray. Useless.

I have already gone through all the fluconazole/metronidazole and pharmaceutical solutions so it is unlikely to be bacteria or something else causing this chronic nasal issue. My experience seems to indicate that there might be a link between the way you are inhaling air and the source of your BB. People are reportedly solving their problem with this longterm breathing method (they call it Ujjayi breathing in yoga). Perhaps these people have soothed their undiagnosed sinus issue by redirecting their airflow without realizing thats what was happening.

It would be very informative if more people from here that believe they have a nasal origin of BB also got a nasal endoscopy to see if there is chronic sinus issue. ENT and Doctor are very smart but they can't figure this out - I think we could be onto something here.
