So after doing research online, I'm beginning to believe that there is NO cure for bb
. Not even raw diet. I am now on my second day and am pleased with feeling physically healthy and dropping some pounds, my bb is not going away. I know many have stated that it works after some time, online research has indicated no cure. I have tried almost everything aside from drinking bleach. I have tried therabreath, threelac, biotene, gum, mints, funogreek, mint leaves, other mouthwashes, brushing my tongue, peroxide, nasal sprays, It taste and smell that is similar to acidish and I'm not sure what eldse cuz its hard forell myself unless I open my mouth wide, stick my tongue out and go haaaaaa. I will then smell something rancid and moldy. However, others seem to smell it A LOT. I feel sad for my fiance. I will continue my raw diet for the sake of being healthy but my breath will never change. I will also continue with these post because it is emotionally helpful. Thanks guys:)

missjj, you say in your first post that you've tried everything, but have you tried anything apart from easy fixes and remedies?
Have you ruled out helicobacter pylori? Parasites? Have you been seen by an ENT? Have you been to your doctor and had all the relevant blood tests to check your body systems and organs are functioning normally?
Have you had allergies and intolerances tested for? Have you made sure your teeth and gums are 100% healthy?
Are you eating normally (up to this point)?

I think its unrealistic to expect BB to be gone after 2 days raw . Your best bet to knowing if anything is working for BB is a trusted nose . Asking your fiancée is a good step . Some things to consider : Many raw fooders say that when you first go raw, you can expect bad breath for a few days , even for people without bb normally. Also ,All raw diet are not the same. This is obvious if you are asking about raw fish . Im curious to know whats in your raw diet .
I've been raw for about 3 months(80/10/10) , and getting much less reactions to breath. Even cheating with the expectation of BB hasnt brought terrible results (knock on wood) . The best parts seem to be my stress level and over all increase in health .

Dont be disappointed , I have been on raw diet for the last 2 months and bb free, now even when I eat a little food out of the plan (like a single egg or a piece of bread during a week) I am still bb free.
The body needs time on raw diet to throw the toxins out, the more the toxins the more time you need to reach the balance.
I am not 100% satisfied with the limited diet I have, but at least I know bb can be controled whenever I want.

I'd try it, but I need to know what's edible... I've already cut all gluten and virtually all dairy from my diet and have a ridiculously hard time keeping weight on.... But I've always had that problem, even when I was eating that stuff.. Wasn't digesting it well. Anyway if I did raw, I'd die as a skeleton before I'd see a moment of BB free.

I usually eat sweeter fruits for the breakfast like grapes, apples, bananas, dates, etc depending on what I have in the refrigerator. For lunch I usually put some brown rice or other grains in water from days before then they become soft and I eat a cup of them for lunch. Sometimes I replace it with sprouts.
For dinner I eat veggies including potatos whatsoever I have. As a snack between the meals I eat nuts.
I also used to be thin and weak/shaky even when I was eating 2 times more than a fat big person, my highest weight in my whole life was 45kg. and now I am 40kg !! (height 160) I have a hardtime finding cloth for myself lol
But dont worry if you stay long enough on raw then you can add a little of other foods like 1,2 times the weak with little effect on bb.
I forgot to add an important thing, both during and before I go raw, I did some courses of herbal anti bacterial/parasites supplements, not a special brand or product, I tried a variety of them (like olive leaf extract, wulnut extract etc) . After each course I had die off reactions, I suppose they helped me. but until I was on normal diet even 80% raw, the bb was coming back after each supplements was finishing. When I went raw, I think they became more effective. (maybe because there were no food for the remaining bad bacteria/candida/parasites to live on)

Do you feel you have a high metabolism or maybe not digesting calories ? Theres the tales about tapeworms . Testing for diabetes is fairly cheap and fast. I got weak/shaky for the 1st weeks raw too . I started counting calories. On active days I make sure to get in 3000 cal or so.
Last week as a test ,I ate Nothing but bananas ,dates, water and a little soaked chia . I ate over 50 lbs of bananas as smoothies and managed to gain more lean weight . The main thing was to diy test for TMAU ,since bananas and dates are pretty high Choline, if i had tmau ,it would very likely show its ugly head. This did not happen. What did happen is I felt physical great this whole week and BB seems to be bearable from those around me .

The thing is I am living in a very small town, we have 1 asian shop here, but the prices do not differ much with the supermarket, ofcourse they have a little more veriaty of stuff to sell.
Yesterday I ate a glass of yogurt and 1 egg to see how much I am cured if any.And today I got strange reactions from a neighbor then I did the lick test and it stinks very bad.
I feel so disappointed and tired of feeling weak all the time, it seems that there is no way to go out of this hell.

Has your tooth enamel improved ? I find that wen i chew dates i get pain ,like cavities are coming , but if i soak/blend them (Rehydrate), no problems . Dates are High calorie . Dried apricots or raisins are high cal . I think they are great energy for me after soaking. I don't eat them dried cause they mess up my digestion but re-hydrated is good stuff. Maybe dry fruits are a cheaper way in Sweden ?? Test to see how rehydrated affect your bb and energy . I b happy to send you some packages .

That is both good & bad , good because I know what I should do and bad because I am socially & physically under pressure because of the diet restrictions.People in our corridor think I am crazy and having eating disorders because I am too thin and weak but eat no pasta or other standard food, I have to go to the kitchen at midnight so nobody is there and I feel more relaxed.
