I suggest adding b complex vitamins or multivitamin tablet, it will help. take at least 5 per day.
DO not worry about sideeffects. Halitomafia crap is far more dangerously and vitamins can only help, honestly I do not believe you can overdose if you don't go really to the extreme

alright.. i picked up the GNC 500mg sugarless cheweable ..
but i gotta ask.. how does this work for you guys? i only used one so far in the evening, just to test it out.. i don't doubt it's powers but it seems to dissovle extremely quickly.. it calls in an ocean of saliva :p
if you take it five times a day, at what point sin the day do you take them?
also, when you take them, how long should they last in your mouth?

it seems that those of you who have found a difference between sugarless vitamin C, and vitamins with sugar... have basically found your BB problem.
Sugar. Why else would one work and not the other.
I'd like someone to stop taking vitamin C and stop eating sugar and see what happens... otherwise I call placebo.

Ok, I just got a couple of packs of "Redoxon" which are capsules of Vitamin C + Zinc. Is this good enough? They're not chewable.

for me it lasts about 10-15 minutes...and it's worked good so far, I just have to see if it is a short-term relief or long-term. For example, probiotics were VERY short term

For those of you who have been using the vitamin C has it been continuously working for you after like a week? for me it's been two days and the best two days of my life but im wondering whether it'll keep working for me. Btw, ive been using 3 a day instead of 4 is that ok john? the reason why I did this is because when I did 4 my mouth became REALLY sore
