I checked all the stuff about sensitive teeth, 1) it seems that not everybody gets it, some raw foodists never experience it while they eat a variaty of fruits , dried sweet rasins dates etc with no problem. while some other even go to the point of losing several teeth on a raw diet...sounds scary.
People usually recommend to brush & floss after eating fruits etc but I came to the conclusion that it has zero effect, I wash my teeth very well every time I eat anything.... and also I used to eat lots of sweet fruits and dates when I was eating normal with no brushing but never had a teeth issue. It seems that the issue comes from inside.Maybe doing 100% raw increases sth in the body?
The problem is most older more experienced raw vegans never experienced it so they just suggest to brush etc.or increase the green part which is not practical in my case...I really eat a few fruits only for breakfast , I need them for calorie.
During the last weeks I have been more or less OK and bb free, so I introduced little (2%) of steamed veggies, brown whole wheat bread,& breakfast cereal (the healthy ones with zero additive) which I love, I ate them very little like once a week but my teeth issue went away and I was feeling less weak.(and I was eating the same amont of fruits even more!!!)
But what happened? from 2 days ago my eyes started to get red again ...warning sign that my sinuses are in truoble but I ignored it since I had no bb and today I woke up with a horrible bb, I ate raw all day long and sensitivity came back again and bb is still there.when I lick my wrist it stinks for hours until I wash it with soap...
Now I am locked in my room thinking about what to do next , it seems that there is no way out of it.The more scary thing is that I am leaving Sweden in less than 2 months to live with my family and relatives ...lots of people around me...and they dont know about my bb, diet and all the problems because I have lived alone for almost 10 years and I was on antibiotics whenever I met them.I am starting to panick.
I am thinking to fast as long as possible as the last solution but I am not sure if I survive, last time I broke it after 6 hours and had stomach pain for days after it. hate my life.

I think you said before you are uninsured medically . As a student ,its there coverage ? Maybe your parents could add you to their plan . During that conversation ,you could mention your issue. It won't be a surprise this way when you arrive .
You could begin seeing a doc/dentist in the meantime for 2 months. For me , this alone has lessened my bb anxiety.

During the last few days I experienced the most anxiety ever, chest pain , mood swings , anger...and I think I found out the connections.
Whenever I have allergy, sinus attack I get red eyes joint pain bb and also very severe anxiety, they always come together or within a few hours or a day. Today I noticed that I got the bb and reactions back since I started drinking apple cidar vinegar..they should be detox symtoms. You know I have had several detox periods since I started.
I got a flue like thing once after taking antiparasites for 2,3 days. and the most severe one was when I took a huge amount of probiotics, I got sick like hell for more than a week.
I beleive I should do more effort to do a heavy detox with herbs + raw diet to get OK before getting home. Here I am alone no job or relation with others I can handle the detox, at home it will be impossible since I am going to work in an office all day from the first week.
In general I am happy with these detoxes I did, I cured several of illnesses I have had for a long time.

I don't get it about teeth.
I am just checking how much minerals have each fruit compared to cooked rice that stops my teeth eroding away.
It is not about lack of minerals, it is something else.
If I eat 2 pineapple, 5 small bananas, 1 papaya, 5 mangos in 1 day, I don't get enough calories. I need around 3500 per day.
But when I eat cooked I consume maybe 2500 calories and do not loose weight.
Gods way are so strange.
Why are teeth are erroding away. Acids? There could not be a vitamin problem, because fruit has so much more vitamins and minerals than stupid rice.
It is about raw that is making your teeth degenerate.
Really sad.

I know...it cant be minerals.., I think our teeth are not strong enough to handle that much solid food & fruit acids at once..like a person with weak muscles trying to body building... Yesterday when I was eating carrots I felt like my teeth broke to pieces from pain. I have had only very little half-cooked food last week and they improved immediately but now I have bb again for 5 days...I dont know if it is the detox, or food...but my throat itches like crazy...I feel like I wasted all the 2,5 month of being raw...Jimi wrote:I don't get it about teeth.

I am searching for a solution at the moment I cant handle this bb and people reactions anymore....
Of course just because put the food in our mouth Doesn't mean it gets digested and goes to the blood stream . Cooked food is more available and broken down than raw . When raw , many calories/minerals/nutrients can come out as poop . This why i take mix of enzymes ,HCL and probiotics ,and eat Lots of dark greens for more acid to break down the raw stuff . before i did this , i had teeth issues too .Jimi wrote:I don't get it about teeth.

In this debate about raw Vs Cooked ,Susun Weed says our stomachs "cook" the food or we will be deficient . This is Really what i think is happening with your teeth maybe . Not acid but deficiency .

To test if it is hi-acid or deficiency, try fasting for a few days. If your teeth have the same problem with No food, you will know fruit acid is not the cause .

As I know deficiency of any diet takes at least 6 month to show itself on teeth, on bones it takes 3 yrs on average. For example when I eat cooked for 2,3 days sensitivity goes away...
Another problem with raw is feeling shaky and weak all the time, I have lost so much weight that I can count the bones of my rib cage in the mirror when I am taking a shower ..
I have missed a normal day since last year that I started eliminating diets. I know I do not eat enough calorie on raw but I simply cant, after eating a little I feel full, I used to love veggies and fruits but now I don't have any desire for them and my teeth also prevents me from eating too much.

You could get some test strips and take some average pH readings of your saliva to see the actual effects.
Agree with what deebo has said. Our recent ancestors may have been able to live on just eating raw foods of fruits and vegetables, but a lot of our digestive ability has been phased out in a very short evolutionary time because our ancestors began to cook their food because it became easier to eat and more edible, but in so doing we've lost our ability to digest purely raw food. But by taking some simple measures like deebo has mentioned, it should help.
Likewise, in another short evolutionary timescale, most of us are able to drink cow's milk. Not very long ago when our ancestors began farming, hardly anyone could tolerate the lactose, but the few that could managed to thrive and multiply and those who couldnt were phased out by evolution.

Guys I read some articles about yeast/fungi/candida systemic overgrowth in the whole body including sinuses and I found out some parts that explained some of the confusion I have had about my bb coming and going on the diet...there are the main points that I learned:
1) As we know Yeast is living based on the suger , and when the problem exists in the whole body and tissues, no diet can remove it permanently because even after many days of water fasting , candida still lives feeding from the blood suger, it only becomes weaker but as we know if the blood suger drops below a level , the brain dies so it is impossible to remove it only by a diet.
2)Every time we eat based on a anti-candida diet or a raw vegan diet, yeast becomes weaker, then when we cheat a few times , there are still no reactions and we may think we are cured. As much the correct diet time period is longer, it takes more time for the candida to grow back and show up again, but it is still there.
3)The only way is a combination of a anti-candida or raw diet and taking anti-yeast herbal supplements.The chemical ones have many side effects. Because candida is extremely adaptive so everytime after taking a new herb, good signs show up, but after a couple of weeks bb comes back. therefore there is a need to switch between different strong herbs constantly + a long term anti candida diet before and after it. + taking herbs for a regular bowel movements during taking herbs otherwise the toxins will be absorbed in the body.
4) We should not take any multivitamins and supplements during taking anti-yeast herbs or when yeast is still living in the body, any extra vitamin especially B-complex and calcium feed the candida and make it strong. we should eat during this period just the amount of vitamins the body needs, any extra stuff goes to the yeast.
Taking supplements and vitamins should be done after cleansing not before or during it.
