This is by the by, just wondered if anyone knew any good remedies for it? Iv had it for like years and years, but now its just flared up, before was never notciable. Ive tried loads of stuff on it. T-gel etc

Definitely not H and S! I find capuchin shampoo that i get in the health food shop very good, Do you also get psoriasis?
