ive thought long and hard about the causes of my bad breath and possible ways to get rid of it. first off i know its not coming from by stomach, from my sinuses, or anywhere else except my tongue and the back of my mouth. why on earth do they like to hang out there is beyond me. is it quite ironic really, for while they need my oral cavity to live, their existence is killing me. Onto my new approach.
after much research ive come to the fact that killing bacteria is not the solution. they actually die quite easily, with mouth washes, brushing, you can even swipe at them with your fingers and they die on the spot. the problem is thier regeneration, within and on our organ tissues. ive read that a single bacteria can reproduce 1M times over within eight minutes. after this they come out to feast and leave foul waste where they are.
so how can you prohibit them from regenerating? i guess this is the million dollar question. ive broken this down to three criterias:
1- our blood, this includes food intake and any kind of herbs or treatment you want to digest.
2- the oral environment, probiotics and any treatment product ever made to fight halitosis. this never works. dr katz will die a rich man for having failed to cure a single person.
3- the immune system. our built-in firewall for our protection from foriegn microbes. since ive extensively tried numbers 1 and 2 with no success, i guess ill focus of this for a while. ill research things i can do to strengthen my immune system and see how it works. though im highly doubtful anything will help.
well this is how ill look at the problem of halitosis from now on. no more killing bacteria. the only thing i need an answer for is how to stop them from reproducing like cockroaches * 1000. im considering buying a microscope and petri dishes to see how they react to certain products/chemicals.

But i think that the problem for us is that our bodies don´t take these ****ing bacteria like ¨foreign bacteria¨. Somehow our bodies had assimilated these anaerobic bacteria and / or somehow our oral enviroment is perfect for them....
Anyway, now that i think about it, At least for what i Know, all people has this kind of anaerovbc bacteria in their mouth, but our problem is just that for some weird reason we have this ****ing overgrowht..... but if this bacteria is not strange in the oral cavity then i think that to reinforce the inmune system won´t make any difference.....
I´m a healthy person, but healthy or ill my bb is always at the same range....
