Please don't find my question irritating. This question is very important to me, and maybe to many other people.

How do people KNOW that they do indeed have bb? Do they usually know it from UNAMBIGUOUS reactions, from some comments, or somehow else?

Have most people of this forum undergone halimeter testing and such?

I appreciate your insightful comments. It's very important to me, because the thought of the possibility of my having bb and inability to tell when maybe yes and when maybe not, inability to distinguish politeness from genuine reactions, has really made my life crazy...
