Is there any VERY good sugarless. Probotic drinks??

Is DanActive in tesco?

probiotics are probiotics.

The best way to take them, as far as my understanding goes, is in capsule form. The capsule will protect the probiotics from your stomach's acids until it gets into your intestines, where they can do their best.


That's what the product box said anyway :mrgreen:

Many people are saying the liquid form/kefier is giving them good results.

As they gargle with it.

They say becuase it reaches everywere in the mouth

One Day, I also live in the UK. There are so many probiotics available. Solaray do a good range, which you can order on line, or even go to an independant health food store.

And of course theres Holland and Barratt, who's staff are on hand to help advise.

One day, did you ever find a suitable alternative to DanActive in the UK?

I have just moved to Dubai (from UK) and am keen to try the big 3 you mention in beginners guide.

Hey!

Ive been lurking recently not had time to post,

Tung brush can be bought off the internet,

Thats were i got it from,

Probiotics, i.e yogurt get activia, flavor is you choice.
Drinks, well theirs actimel and yakult but they dont really help :(

What was the other thingg,?

ohhh yeh vit c, you can get that from anywere. We prefer chewable, i think you can get it from the pharmacy or even tescos :P
