Silly bugger, upper respiratory tract

As I am sure most of us have some kind of virus or bacteria which is inflamming upper respiratory tract, thus limiting air intake and making it a breeding ground. I was shocked to discover loads of sores in my throat. I am sure either they are a cause of my problem or a side effect of sinus blockage. a CT scan of sinus will be the next step then surgery if the surgeon says so. My symptoms are lack of motivation, dry mouth, sore throat, blocked sinus, and beleive it or not YUKKK breath, what about you?
