...towards the end of the article it talks about two women, one call Dragon Lady who had something stuck in her lung that was causing the BB.

I doubt the hundreds of people who visit this site have an object stuck in their lung.

Yeah but 1 or 2 might. You never know. These two people didn't know it. And remember there are a ton of causes for this problem -- you can't narrow it down to one or two for all the people on this site.
