Hi

Maybe you are jsut overreacting, lumps come and go, you dont have to be concerned at all. Ask your doc and he will let you know but I am 100 % it is not cancer, maybe it is just puss from the tooth. I have a lump too on my gum and it is not benign at all. It is just lump, and yellow urine is also nothing to be concerned, if you dont see blood than it is ok. Just relax girl. Change a diet excercise, jog, do yoga go to sauna and oyu will be ok.

Trust me!

I'd be more worried if your urine was not yellow 8) If it's totally transparent you're probably overhydrated...
