Any good allergy medications out there??

Since it's been summertime I've been suffering from horrible allergies= excessive PND. Anybody know of any good, and relatively cheap allergy medications that help with PND? I used claritin allergra but its pretty expensive but works the best. Are there any cheaper options that work equally the same?
