anybody coming on chat

Hi...is anybody coming to chat on sundays...i would like to report of some symptoms i have been experiencing of late...i have had 2 lumps develop on both sides of the buccal surface(inside of the cheeks) for the past 2 years or so...now there is a pattern forming and am now experiencing pain on both sides of the jaws...am scared if it could be cancer...lost my appetite...yellow urine for the past 4 months...numbness on all parts of the body...dont have insurance and didnt dare to go the doctor...any suggestions?
