I read that a deficiency in vitamin B can cause bb, why not try vita b?
DRY MOUTH
To help mouth produce more saliva try the following teas:
Chamomile - 1 tablespoon chamomile in 1 cup of hot water, let warm, rinse, gargle and drink
Green tea - a cup of hot water with 2 to 3 green tea bags, same as above.
Green tea/Salvia - cup of hot water with 2 to 3 green tea bags and a few salvia leaves. same as above.
Echinacea - 1 Tablespoon of dry plant in a cup of hot water; same as above but drink 2 a day.
Ginger - 1 teaspoon of dry root in a cup of hot water; same as above
Salvia - 1 teaspoon of dry plant in a cup of hot water; same as above but drink 2 cups a day - can also help with body odor and reduce sweat production.
