What brand of gum do you chew? and how long do you chew before throw away??

I just chew Orbit sugar free gum when im at work, i chew it for half n hour than throw it away, and chew a new piece, i probably chew a couple of thousand pieces a year. Since i got my wisdoms removed, im just using tic tacs and altoids, since its hurts a bit for me to chew.

I usually chew COBALT by wrigley...I find that the flavour stays on for a longer period of time.
