Jimi Did you stop using the peroxide as a nasal rinse? Perhaps it is a good idea to add your experience in the beginners guide so others who are new and are thinking of trying will know what to expect.

yes I stopped, I will still use it but only few drops everyfew days, I dont want to go through the same shit as I am doin now

Drinking baking soda gives me terrible pain to my liver, i had to stop taking it.
