Bad Breath Halitosis Forum

Hey Guys,

I think one of my main BB factors is definately PND. have had it severely for past few years, and have been back and forth with my ENT specialists etc. just awaiting results from my scan.

But ENT specialist aside iv tried every over the counter/prescription/rinse/nasal spray, but its just so hard to maintain. my nose is so conjested it doesnt allow the nasal cavities to be rinsed, like the netti pot for example i put in one nostril and the other is so blocked it just fills up in the mouth and doesnt clear through to the other nostril. And nasal sprays too just spray up, they just dribble out of the nose as ts so blocked to go up the passages.

Anyone have this problem too? hopefully my ENT will find something wrong and actually put their arse in gear and help. rather than the usual, "come back in 4 months" crap, but i would like not to rely on them totally and start a working regime.

Have you tried what Jimi is using? peroxide is what jimi is using and he says it is helping him. Your ent will probably give you medication in a nasal spray, mine gave me astelin which doesn't do much and did not get rid of my bb. Lately I replaced the med with peroxide and water, I also try the warm water/salt/baking soda mix and honestly works better than the med. Ask Jimi exactly what he does?
