Hydrogen peroxide ( H2O2 ) is a strong oxidizer.

I've been doing all the "instant cures" that this guy is talking about, doesn't help me much.

You can buy hydrogen peroxide from any pharmacy in the UK. It's really cheap, usually around 90p-ish.

You can gargle with it, but make sure you dilute it half with water, otherwise it will really burn your mouth. I wouldn't recommend swallowing it, but you could let a little bit run down the back of your throat.

In The Netherlands we can get it in the drugstore (drogisterij).
A 1 liter bottle cost about 8 euro. (30%)
But 30% is too strong to use.
The strongest I used is 7,5% therefore I dilute it 1:4
7,5% is very strong in your mouth !!!
Don't swallow it !!!!!!!!!!

Using hydro peroxide for months now, just helps a touch for a little while.
