has anyone tried this??? i have been using these probiotics...and apparently my breath has improved....
i think its suppose to help with digestion and against yeast infection...so i dont know how effective it would be without a healthy diet which includes b vitamins...which are mostly found in meat and poultry...a healthy immune system is needed to fight off yeast infection in the long run...and you need a healthy diet for that, which includes a variety of foods from all foods categories including meat.

It worked for my mom`s bb. About 3 years ago she asked me to give her my leftover probiotics instead of throwing them away. After a year with it, I can`t smell her bb anymore. Her bb can only be smelled inside a one foot radius & not 24/7 so milder cases have a better chance with it.

Probiotics are supposedly good to combat candida. If candida is the reason you have bb, then probiotics might help.

guys i would also suggest to buy probiotics that dont have to be refigerated unless you are buying from a health food store where they are already refigerated...i buy webber naturals complete probiotics multi strain(webby shudn't worry abt me mentioning the name as it is a well known brand..but feel free to try any brand that works) which doesnt need to be refigerated...i was thinking if you buy the ones that need to be refigerated...well they are sittign on the shelves outside already in big super markets...also as another member said...tripple the dosage and continue it for a while...its not like a magic pill that bb will dissapear in a day...and follow it up with a healthy diet
sorry not trying to be forceful..juss trying to help.

Probiotics are good whether you have BB or not. They help maintain balance in organism. They are essential for Americans because in dairy and meets there are so much antibiotics that kill bad and god bacteria. Altemately, if ther is lack of bifidobacteria there is a growth also of those contributing To BB.
Probiotics should be taken costantly. But if we talk about chronic BB where causes are complex there must be additional treatment.
