There is a chick on the french forum who went thru this operation to treat reflux http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nissen_fundoplication

She now has, among other things, an artificial valve(!) and no longer have reflux but she still has bb, no improvement there. It doesn't look like reflux is the cause of fecal bb.

Yes, I have also come across forums where people say that the Nissen fundoplication has not helped them with reflux and bb. Who knows what the truth is..[/quote]
