you guys have enough calcium?

I read that calcium is needed for the body to absorb vitamin c. It doesn't matter how much vitamin c you consume if you don't have much calcium. Food that is rich in calcium are dairy food, fish, brocolli...and I don't remember...yeah food we've been avoiding...does it feel like we have no way out of this? lol So in summary, eat food rich in vitamin c and food rich in calcium. Also, they are good for your immune system.
