Hey everyone,

This is our chance to raise our questions to a doctor who treats
patients with TMAU and body odor in the UK. One of the young ladies
who attended the Thames Festival 2008 Meet-up in London, VB, intends to
interview Dr. Robin Lachmann, PhD, MRCP, Consultant in Metabolic
Medicine, national Hospital for Neurology. She asks us for questions
that we may want her to address to Dr. Lachmann, and she will relay
them to him.

So, if anyone is interested in presenting their questions, please write
them in the comment section of the following post in my blog,

with.html .

No offense but what does TMAU have to do with bad breath? 2 completly different conditions that happen to share 1 symptom. It's like asking a foot expert who treats foot odor why my breath smells. There is no scientific evidence that shows bad breath (no B.O) being a genetic disorder like TMAU.

Archimonde, a bit of advice: read up on thingz before u jump to conclusions. Some TMAU sufferers have no other symptoms than bad breath. Hth 8-[

It's also very possible that the chronic halitosis suffered by some on this site is caused by a metabolic disorder similar to TMAU, but yet to be discovered. Hth
