Since no one replied, it probably means no one lives in the Nevada area or doesn't want to meet up. I think one of the benefits of a site like this is that it allows users to be anonymous. I think that somewhat goes with the psychology of this condition - that is, the tendancy to want to remain unseen.

The Yahoo group used to arrange meet-ups in California... maybe they still do... ...though the old board is gone. This is the new version I think

I agree if some members want to remain anonymous-this is their choice.I don't insist.
On the other hand, if one wanna meet with other folks,obviously there are some suggestions like that in some posts,there's nothing wrong with it.
Obviously,people with bb condition often get misunderstood and ill-treated by freash breath people.
But we can adequetly and friendly treat each other,cause we uderstand the problem.
Hope,there will be meeting like the recent one in UK.

It's good to meet up .... I went to a couple of meet-ups in London a few years ago

Who organized those UKmeet-ups? Like people who wanted to meet or a thied party?
We otta do sth here in US.Probably we need to approach site admin wiht meet up idea.
This is a good opportunity for folks,who wanna meet,to socialize,to get peer evaluation and raise our voices.

Hi,Guys.
The First US Meeting in Las Vegas is To Be arranged.

Because it's gonna be brand-new and first proposed on this site,
I'm gonna take responsibility for organizing it.

The place is gonna be Las Vegas for the first time.It's a popular world-wide tourist destination that has events to visit non-stop.

Date;Halloween weekend October 31-November 2nd.

Format:suggested by UK MeetUp:

FRANK OPEN CONFIDENTIAL PEER SUPPORTIVE FUN ATMOSHERE
for discussion,sharing treatment-regimens and topics fitting in the format.

Also everybody has a chance to take advantage of the city as well as traveling to Grand Canyon either in group or individually.


On my part I'll take care of a private meeting spot arrangements and will be available to assist as a guide as well as in accomodation matters.

Hi viva. I think it's a good initiative you're taking. It's time that we come out and stop being ashame of our condition. After all it's not our fault that we're suffering from cbb and we take care of our mouth better than the average person. I would've definately participated in that meet up if I was closer to Las Vegas. But I live in Rhode Island and so I'm too far away. If there happen to be one of those meet up in the New England area, I'll definately attend.
