Professional Oral Disinfection

Has anyone had a professional oral disinfection done before? I had recently e-mailed the BB clinic in Tampa, and told me that if the cause of BB is oral malodour, then they will use a strong antimicrobial and thoroughly clean the tongue and between the gum resulting in a total disinfection. They also mentioned that they'll show me how to keep my tongue from getting a white coat again, which they wouldn't reveal to me.

I wish there was something like that in the uk, i would book a pointment today.

Here the breath clinics are recommending dentil ph. which leaves my tounge havy and not clean so i dont know if its worth visiting them at all.
