what does it mean if someone says you have acetone breath?

Someone told me my breath smells like acetone does that mean it stinks? I was chewing a piece of gum that was berry flavored. Acetone is a medical term for fruity breath a symptom that diabetics get.

Yea I have been tested and my blood sugar is fine. I don't know what the problem is its like this if I chew a piece of gum it is like so strong people from like 5 feet away can smell it. I don't know if its cuz my mouth is always so dry or what. But if my man chews a piece of the same gum I don't smell the gum at all. I don't know if it cuz my sinuses are all blocked up or if it just doesn't make a strong of an order in his mouth cuz he doesn't have BB. I just stay away from people as much as I can and pray that one day I will be back to normal or I will die soon.
