tablets to alter the micro -flora from within

hi, im desperate for a fix for my BB.
im thinking of taking this:

and also 250gram magnolia tablets:

will take a few tabs of each bottle a day, hopefully it will neutralise my bb Internally. lets face it - toothpastes and rinses for BB only have a VERY short term effect. bb starts coming back 40-50 minutes after i have brushed and they are all a rip off like therabreath, retardex, etc
