tongue and throat...HELP NEEDED =[

ok so when i brush my teeth my breath feels fresh and i asked my sister and says its a 5 on a scale from 1-10..but white i brush my tongue the white coating just comes back, and im also scared the germs could originate from my throat, so any solutions to help clean my tongue and throay would be appreciated.. i really need to cure my bb so i can atleast have some friends, im only 14 so you can image how depressing this is
