hey guys,
So searching was talking about changing our diet. Eating less carhydrate .
When i saw his post i wanted to do it, but i´m very skinny and i don´t know were to start.
But now i found person on another health board who is saying the same thing. There is another person on that same healthboard who is talking about not eating gluten and meat and some more stuff.
So now i´m like really thinking that it has something to do with our diet and maybe some of us have candida.
Just check it out please. Go a lil down on the page and lookl for the name Pnd and bb healer
And also look at what happier then before has to say.
I think i´m gonna try this.
If this is our problem then i can understand why those stupid mouthwashes and other remedies don´t work
