Do you feel like your breath is worse before or after eating your first meal after brushing? I dont eat breakfast for the most part so ill usually go a few hours before eating something. cant decide whether i think my breath is worse before or after i eat, but i would guess after. i have heard someone say that people have bad breath when they dont eat in the morning (this was from some random person who doesnt have bb and probably doesnt have any more knowledge of the topic than any of us)

also, do you eat breakfast?

I would say it is better to eat breakfast, both from a BB point of view and from a general health one. Yes you can get hunger breath. Eating wont make any negative impact on your BB if your clean up afterwards I should think.
Skipping breakfast is bad for you though mate

Hi NYConfused,

my bb is worse before eating anything, i have GERD and pnd, n just goes away when i eat something, probably because it kind of washes the back of the tongue n esophagus.

Breakfast is very important: when I was in high school my bb started when I stopped eating breakfast, thats when i noticed bb had started. eat ur breakfast, lunch, n dinner on time if u want to have good breath

interesting, i always felt like my breath would be worse after i eat being that your toothbrushing would be negated by the food.

on another note, do you guys brush after each meal?
