what are your meals!
what are your meals!
Hello everyone! I been away due to some health problems but I am back and been reading about some of you being bb free! That is amazing and fills me with hope. I been doing the pick rinse with warm water and peroxide or sometimes with apple vinegar but today I had an appointment with my doctor and the poor man was coughing, wiping his nose and sometimes even covering his nose. This is the worst he has reacted to my bb and I am so dissapointed! I think my bb was very strong because I have not follow any diet and been eating all the bad food like chocolate, cheese, coffee ect. THOSE OF YOU WHO ARE BB FREE please let me know WHAT DO YOU EAT FOR BREAKFAST since this is the most difficult meal for me because I usually have eggs, beans, flour tortillas, oatmeal, potatoes, bread, bacon or sausage. Not all of these at the same time of course. WHAT ARE YOUR MEALS FOR BREAKFAST, LUNCH AND DINNER

Hello. I have been BB free for a few months now. I've just completely cut dairy out. I still eat breads and such. For breakfast, I'll eat two eggs with some toast (no butter), or I'll cut up some ham and toast a piece of bread, put it on top. Every once in a while, i'll get the urge for toast with peanut butter, honey and banana sliced on top. My diet isn't really restricted other than eliminating the dairy from everything. Absolutely NO cheese, milk, butter, chocolate, etc. So I'm not sure how much help I may be. There are others on here with very, very strict diets and I'm sure one of them can go through what they eat daily that will help you much more than I can. Take care

Hi TiredofThis, I read you are lactose intolerant, is that right? I am not sure if I am or just partially because I eat anything made from milk and I am fine but if I drink milk I end up with a bloated stomach and lots of noise in my intestines. I switched to rice milk, have you tried this? Would you stay away from rice milk too?
Hi Halihope,
I think food is the most important thing in curing bb, infact changing food might even cure our bb, but here are a few things that help me a lot.
In my case, I have noticed that when I eat certain foods, the pain in my stomach goes away, and the discomfort I feel in my throat, and esophagus goes away.
heres the list
Breakfast: Cereal(fruits and sugar on top) with soy milk (regular milk makes me sick too), or 100% juice with some bread/butter, or oatmeal, sometimes fruits like Grapes/ watermelon/ melon, Do not eat eggs in the morning because it gives the worst breath, it even effects normal people's breath.
Lunch: Rice with chicken and vegetables (make sure its not spicy), Soup, anything that isn't spicy and same for dinner, but you might want to eat several times a day and make your meal smaller than your current meals. and make sure there is not onions or garlic in your soup or other meals.

Hey Halihope, i'm a big fan of soy milk. I have also tried almond milk but prefer soy. I'm curious to taste rice milk though.halihope wrote:Hi TiredofThis, I read you are lactose intolerant, is that right? Thanks TiredofThis and Wnaysha for your response but one of you says has eggs for breakfast and the other does not. Now how do you know if eggs are giving you bb? How do you check your bb ? I tried the smelll my own breath cupping my hands, scraching the back of tongue with finger and smelling it, licking the wrist and frankly the only bb smell I can detect is the morning bb before breakfast and such.
Also TiredofThis how long after you stopped consuming milk products did you noticed fresh breath?
By the way rice milk tastes fine, I liked it since the first time I tried it
