ok, we all know yogurts are supposed to help with bad breath but which ones?
i have read that they need to have certain stuff in them like lactobacillis bulgaricus and streptococcus thermophilis and also be sugar free
can you actually buy these types of yogurts in normal stores? and if so, what type?
thanks

The least sugar content I see is 11g. I can not find sugar free ones without diary and aspartame.
