There is a website called liveperson where you can pick from a number of medical professionals including dentists and ENT's and have a live consulation, it costs about $1.50 a minute.
You just have a typed chat session.
I don't know how much they can tell you but it is good to be able to ask what ever questions you like in the comfort of your home.
I had one last night in which she did recomend metrogyl at one stage, don't know if i will try it or not, she also said an antifungal gel for my tongue, i might give that a go.
It could be worth everyone having a go to see what they can get from it
