Can you sometimes smell your own breath?

Hi everyone,

The reason why I am asking this question is because when I first found out about my bb through other ppl, i couldn't smell my own breath, I thought they were just being a B, but after 3 years, and a lot of GI detoxification, healthy food, antiacid, and good toothpastes I am now able to smell my own breath sometimes,

I am guessing its a good thing, because I am seeing some improvement, but I was just wondering if anyone else was too,

I know, I know, I'm making a poll so that u can answer without disclosing ur username,

How is it an improvement? If anything it's gotten much worse....think of it, lot of people occasionally have bad breath or even really bad breath and they have no clue because they can't smell it, if you can smell it, just imagine how bad it must be to other people, not trying to make you feel bad, because I'm in the same boat.

Yeah every once in a while i catch a whiff of my own breath. I was actually thinking about this yesterday. My husband and I were at a wedding once and the server girl came around asking for our orders. After I told her what I wanted, I caught a whiff of an awful stench. It literally smelled like shit!! The weird thing is that I could only smell it for like 2 seconds then it was gone. I kept looking around like wtf is that?!?! I almost thought it was her breath, but then once everyone had ordered and I noticed that nobody else seemed to mention her breath...I realized it was mine.

Also last weekend my husband and I were at the mall and I was saying something to him when I smelled something that seriously smelled like a fart. It was the same thing though I only smelled for a few seconds, then it was gone. I can only smell my own breath in short random bursts. But when I smell it, boy is it bad. I see what people mean especially if they have to smell that shit all the time. Oh well-My husband never seems to mind or maybe he's just being nice. I guess it would make sense that he is immune to it by now and I am grateful for that since we have to live together.
