garlic as solution?

guys, i was just told to eat garlic as a solution to kill off bacteria that causes bad breath. the suggestion was that instead of chewing it, take 1-3 cloves of garlic, cut them into small pieces, and swallow them like they were pills with water after dinner. the theory is that the strong antibacterial and antifungal properties of raw garlic will help kill the bb-causing bacteria.

weird, right? garlic as a solution for bb. but after taking 28 salivarius capsules and still had fecal breath tonight, i just took my first course of raw garlic tonight.

but my more potent salivarius powder is arriving tomorrow. hopefully it'll work better than what i'm taking now.

has anyone tried garlic supplements or garlic before? i guess there's nothing to lose to try. it is after all natural and supposed to be good for you anyway.

this may be true, but the problem with garlic is that it actually gets absorbed into the bloodstream and secreted into the lungs, where it is then exhaled. It takes approx 17 hours for garlic to leave the system.

Garlic breath aint like OUR bad breath, but its still bad breath.

Maybe odourless garlic capsules...??

Yeah I know how it works. Garlic stinks itself so it masks the normal bad breath odor for a while. Kind of a chewing gum only with negative effects :P
