Tonsillectomy 0 Bad Breath 0

So far its been extremely painful but my bad breath is minimal even though i havent brushed for a day and had dry mouth becuase of a swollen uvala.

My uvala is bigger than my thumb and is litterrally covering my mouth, i cant eat solid, so its quite hard. But yeh so far i cant really say tonsillectomy is making any difference.

Well done. Keeping fingers crossed.
I wish someone had told me this at the time because I was in total agony and i caught a cold (watch out for that) those spray sore throat antiseptics which contain anaesthetic to numb the pain are useful if the pain becomes unbearable. Be prepared for the pain to get deeper, but its generally only very bad when you have to move your throat to eat etc.. within a few days it all starts to ease off and u start seeing it begin to heal up.

Forget about breath for now, its impossible to know because your tongue will tend to get heavily coated from lack of abrasion and there's blood and guts everywhere in your throat.

i was in such shock at the butchery done in my throat that i never paid much noticed to my viola
I dont recall it swelling. If it was a serious or unusual situation you'd be dealt accordingly, just try to rest and try not to get dehydrated.

Thanx I pray it is aswell, my docter said afterwards, that I had puss everywhere and he prescribed me antibiotics, he goes they were very bad looking. They werent big though

Just wanted you to know I'm wishing you the best of luck with your tonsils out. I hope it's your cure. Watch out cause about day 4 you are going to feel pain like you probably haven't felt before! But you'll be back to normal in no time.

Temptation too high Im gonna go get a doner kebab its day 5 and still no scabs coming off. Is this a wise choice
