HONESTLY

People are becoming a little too outside the box.

Bad breath may be caused by numerous things but let's kind

of get rid of the impossibles:

- My poop smells this is the cause of bad breath

- My fingers cramp, I have bad breath

- I kissed a guy with bad breath, I will get bad breath now.

WRONG WRONG WRONG!

Think about it we are so paranoid to find the real answer to our problems.
But believe you guys...

ONE DAY YOU WILL FIND YOUR CURE.

OH AND THESE CURES AREN'T FOR PEOPLE WHO EAT MCDONALDS EVERYDAY IT'S EVEN FOR PEOPLE WHO
EAT MEAT AND VEGETABLES AND REGULAR FOOD
CHECK IT OUT:

I sorta found mine when I decided to change my diet cuz
I was eating wayyy too unhealthy.

So this was my way of changing my diet:

1. I stopped eating salty foods and cut down sodium by ALOT
(And trust me there's alot of good food out there without much sodium)

2. I increased my happiness (This releases a hormone for you body therefore your body is more "invincible" i should say) And the hormone causes your body to be able to fight diseases easier such as viruses, bacteria, etc. And bad breath is mainly caused by bacteria so yes!

3. Also increase your excercize rate! This does a little bit of an effect (It's better than nothing)

4. Also I carried a bottle of SPRING WATER with me everywhere. NO SODIUM CONTAINED WATER!!! GET THE SPRING WATERS!!!

Example: Ozarka, Poland Spring...etc

5. Also I skipped a few dairies and meat!

***** HEY FOR YOU MEAT EATERS OUT THERE:

I know you might crave meat 24/7 but it's okay!!! Just do this:
Eat meat for DINNER ONLY and then brush your teeth right after you eat
because bacteria grows pretty fast in the night. But DON'T EAT MEAT IN THE MORNING!!! Because morning breath and meat equals EWWNESS and even if you brush your teeth, you're going to be stuck with meat smell.

Oh and I know dairy is important for your health! But stick with milk rather than cheese and eggs because they don't contain as much nutrients than milk. But try to eat the least amount of dairy a day.

AND YAH RAW FOOD WORKS GREAT TOO XD

Oh and I guess sushi is OKAY but still... try to eat it less

Here's some good ASIAN food you can eat to replace your meals:

1. Seaweed Soup (EXCELLENT FOOD CHOICE)
2. White kimchi (BETTER THAN THE RED KIMCHI)
3. Miso Soup (USE THIS FOR DINNER REALLY GOOD XD)
4. Sushi (make sure it's raw though...)
5. Steamed vegetables and rice (YES YES YES XD)
6. Chicken is OKAY

Some food to STAY AWAY FROM

1. Beef
2. Condiments: ketchup, mustard, honey mustard etc.
3. Honey nut cheerios or any other cereal (The food particles gets stuck to you tongue and causes a milky white layer)
4. Salty foods
5. McDonalds
6. FAST FOOD
7. SALT
8. SUGAR
9. SODA

Yah so you get the idea...
