I think these new anti fungals are gonna be a long way off though since the scientists have just filed a non-provisional patent application. They are gonna have to go through the bureaucratic red tape now. Ugh, why can't the government do anything fast.

The only way to know 100% for sure is if you are tested for it by your doctor. The only problem is most doctors aren't that willing to test their patients for internal Candida infections. The only other way is to just see how many symptoms you have and see if they are also common symptoms of a Candida infection. They have a Candida Questionnaire you can take which is 7 pages long and pretty detailed. It will help you determine if you have a possible Candida overgrowth.
