The main culprits of BB are 2: candida and wisdom teeths
The main culprits of BB are 2: candida and wisdom teeths
It seems clear to me that them main responsabiles for BB are the above, even if it's sure there are other causes behind BB.
Every begginer in the search for his holy grail should start checking from
wisdom teeths sacks and candida, which should be responsabile for tonsilstones too.

P.s. tonsilstones remove is not a cure, you wont remove the cause, and so tonsillectomy, nasal irrigation, tung Brush, gluten free diet, etc. Let's Deal with the causes, not with the effects

I disagree,
Candida have been discussed on BB forums for 10 years. Countless people have been on the anti-candida diet with no results. Fluconazole and the likes have been tried by many people too, and there's been only 1 or 2 people cured. I believe 100% that 'Keeptrying' is a legit cure, his testimonial is better documented than any BB sufferer i've seen but still, he's an exception. All in all, candida can be the culprit but it doesn't look like it is the most common cause of BB, only in rare cases. Get tested, if candida doesn't show up on endoscopy, then look for another cause.
As for wisdom teeth, i'm starting to think that teeth/gum/mouth- related problems are the culprits 99.9% of the time but in some cases (like us), dentists fail to pinpoint the problem. I'd be willing to bet that if we all got all our of teeth pulled out, many of us would be cured soon after. It's very easy for your mind to be oblivious to 'the elephant in the room' when you're being told by countless dentists that your oral health is perfect. Molars can be just as stinky as wisdoms (which are molars anyway), i've been reading dental forums lately and very foul odor problems can arise even from premolars, i have read several testimonials about that, and i also speak from experience.

I was reading curezone recently, someone said she had FECAL bb and she had to have one of her tooth removed so she could have braces... and.. soon after her BB vanished. How lucky is that?
If you read this forum only, it will close your mind. Read as many forums as you can, you'll see things are very different elsewhere, i even found valuable info on 'yahoo answers' of all places, which is pretty much the bottom of the internet. Overall, in terms of valuable information about oral/dental causes of BB, this forum is awful since everyone here is dismissing that cause, minus Halitosisux. The thing is, people who got their BB cured from having something in their mouth fixed just don't come on this forum so we're not getting the full picture here.

I,as all of us, are at the research of the light after years of tribulation. You give me the opportunity to clear some aspect of canida many of us are unaware.
As you said few person are cured from candida. This could be true, because candida has his is origins. One of the most important is Dental Amalgam. Mercury in the amalgam seems to generate candida, not only, lately some specialist stated that without rimoving amalgam it's impossible to cure sistematic candida.
The Connection between Mercury Fillings and Candida
A book called "The Yeast Connection" written by Dr. J. Trowbridge, reports that some doctors who specialize in treating candida have found that at least 98% of their chronic candida patients also had much higher than average levels of mercury in their systems.
from
http://hubpages.com/hub/Mercury-Fillings-and-Candida
We already know that Candida Albicans, a yeast-like organism in the human body, is there to help control harmful bacteria. Another one of its jobs, however, is to fight mercury and other heavy metal toxins in the body. When there is an abundance of mercury in your system, Candida Albicans grows frantically, attempting to eliminate the mercury., it's the reply of our body to heavy metal that poison our body. This results in candida overgrowth which in turn creates numerous additional health issues.
from http://www.articlesbase.com/alternative ... 81422.html
So what's the solution?
Replace your metal amalgams by seeing a qualified holistic dentist. Follow a cleansing protocol made to eliminate both metals and Candida from the body. The key is to remove the source of the heavy metals first however. Heavy Metals and Candida go hand in hand and until you address the heavy metal issue in your body you cannot expect to see results with eliminating Candida.
Goggle "mercury teeth candida" to find a lot of information. Everyone of us is a pioneer in some manner, because candida is not yet accepted as a form of disease from ufficial medicine. When someone of us goes to their ent to cure BB generally recive a load of harmfull antibiothics, but indeed, we can cure candida removing its roots without chemical help

Arch, my whole view of BB changed a few yrs ago when my mum had all her teeth out. Before then BB was as much a part of her as the clothes she wore. She'd always had BB from as far back as I could remember, to varying degrees. Her teeth and her oral hygiene were always far from being optimal.
So, for medical reasons she had to have all her teeth out. They'd all gone a horrible colour by this point. But ever since then her breath remains as clean as a baby's.
This was a turning point for me, because until then I'd become resigned to the fact that my BB must be some inherited trait which i'd aquired from her. I never suspected any kind of health issues.
Then I started pestering dentists, but it was purely by chance that I found the area at the back of my mouth, where my wisdom tooth was half-sunken into, was oozing out pungent debris. No dentists or hygienists even hinted that situation could potentially have something to do with my BB.

Hey guzler, my mum is elderly and her health has deteriorated a lot over the last few years. I told her when she had her teeth out to try to get used to eating with dentures, but she hated it and never did. I told her the importance of chewing her food properly and eating the most varied diets. Its probably just a coincidence that her health has deteriorated, and of course her age is a factor. Its quite surprising though, what she is able to eat just with her gums.
Apart from the potential to cure your BB, if you think you'd be better off with false teeth then go for it. There are some serious health implications from having bad teeth. Germs can get into the bloodstream and it is suspected that this can be responsible for all kinds of very serious health problems, including arterial diseases and heart valve problems.
Please make sure you are convinced in your own mind before you do anything. Dont just throw yourself into anything. If you do end up taking this route, then it might be an idea to work through your teeth one at a time in order of priority and of their individual condition and potential to be causing your BB and other problems. Your dentist should choose which ones.

Guzler, did you have BB before having your 1st crown? On the Healthboard forums, some people have complained about developing a foul odor problem after getting a crown, the odor could be detected by flossing in that area. But as time goes and the odor increases, your nose will no longer be able to detect that odor on the floss. Dude, trust me, i never thought in a million years how FOUL an odor between 2 teeth or under a tooth can be, it CAN stink up your mouth and no dentist in the world will know where the odor is coming from coz it is so strong and it seems like it's generalized and not coming from 1 specific area.
I don't know how much BB is affecting your life but if i only had 6 teeth left, i'd have them pulled. In my case, I have all my teeth, no caries, so it'd be pretty insane to do that.

That would explain my health problems. Jimi also said he's very sick, Trisha and Harry too. Most of the BB sufferers i know personally all have bizarre health problems. Fatigue, deficiencies, etc, etc. These symptoms are somewhat similar to candida symptoms but then again, if you look at a list of candida symptoms, it has every symptoms known to men so it can be very misleading. Myself and Harry have tried Fluconazole, more than the recommended dose. I once went for 3 months without eating 1g of carbs which is supposed to feed fungi, i've tried every known natural antifungals too. You will not find anyone on this forum who tried harder and yet, my BB/health problems did not improve one bit. I'm pretty much convinced now that the problem is originating from my mouth, i wasted so many years thinking it was candida.halitosisux wrote:

hey Arch . i think i had BB since i was young maybe 12 years old could be before that i was told at 12 i did not have my teeth fixed til i was 20 years old when i came to the us. i come from the third world i could not afford dentist back then but definitly i had a problen since i was really young i remember i could not eat ice cream when i was 7 years old it would hirt my teeth so bad. but what confused me was after i had spent so much money on my teeth with diferent dentist, you would think that i would get rid of my bb . but did not happen .i think i have spent about $35000 within last 20 years may be more .
funny though my dentist said to me last month that my teeth roots have a weird looking like an arch he said nothing wrong with that but it was unique may be that is my problem .

On the subject, this is worth a read:-

I think it comes down to individual susceptibility though. It is known that people with certain species of bacteria in their mouth are susceptible to various gum problems and also decay. They key is in finding out why. It might simply be down to restoring the bacterial ecology, as aydinmur has said. Helicobacter, along with other certains species of damaging bacteria has recently been discovered in the human mouth.

Hi Murat, I post you a reply from holistichelp, hope this help:aydinmur wrote: Here some points may be general interest:
1. Statistic is statistic. Statistics postulate nothing. Shows us tendency but not any exact data. I dont think there may be a connection between Candida colonisation and amalgam fillings present.

Hi John,
Yes, it is believed by most experts in the Candida field that it has a synergistic relationship with mercury poisoning. There are a few different theories that include the following:
For some it is believed that Candida eats mercury for it’s own survival, just like it eats everything else.
Others believe that because low level mercury toxicity suppresses the immune system, it allows yeast to proliferate.
Another theory tells us that mercury works like an antibiotic when it enters the body and wipes out all the healthy bacteria which allows Candida to take over and upsets the gastrointestinal tract.
The most prevalent theory, is that Candida overgrowth develops as a defense mechanism as the body struggles to cope with mercury and other heavy metals. When mercury and other heavy metals are in the body, the cell walls of Candida bind to mercury and other heavy metals and prevent it from entering the blood stream. It is like a sponge soaking up the mercury. It’s the bodies own protective mechanism. So as long as there is mercury or other heavy metals in the body, then yeast is going to proliferate. Some people believe that die off also known as the herxheimer response with Candida overgrowth is partly due to the fact, that when you kill off the yeast, it then releases the mercury back into the system.
I would say that all four of these theories are likely to be true. Regardless, where you find one, you usually find the other. As you probably know we are all exposed to mercury and other heavy metals in a many different ways in our daily lives.
The most common sources of contamination are found in pollution in our air, our water, acid rain, talc powder, fish, shellfish, shark, swordfish, broken thermometers, batteries, tuna, king mackerel, vaccinations, diuretics, suppositories, wood preservatives, adhesives, floor waxes, tattoos, fabric softener, hair dies, paint, plastics, chlorine bleach, laxatives, dental fillings, pesticides, fluorescent light bulbs – even the so called energy efficient CFL light bulbs — to name a few.
Mercury poisoning and other heavy metals is believed to be linked to a variety of health conditions besides Candidiasis, especially Autism, Depression, memory problems, Alzheimer’s, thyroid disorders, Parkinson’s, Multiple Sclerosis, adrenal disorders, heart disease, infertility, kidney malfunctioning, as well as many more. In the brain, mercury inhibits proper functioning of neurotransmitters like dopamine, serotonin, adrenalin, resulting in a variety of mental health conditions like depression, anxiety and loss of motivation.

So does this mean that everyone with relatively high levels of mercury inside their body have candidiasis and BB? Does it mean that people with normal levels of mercury never have candidiasis?
Does it even mean that people who are susceptible to recurrent opportunistic candidiasis around their body have BB?
Does it even mean that people who are susceptible to recurrent opportunistic candidiasis around their body have BB?
Normal level of mercury is 0. Many studies report only high correlation (98%) of mercury poison and candida. Candida isn't a harmful bacterium, it is part of human body flora, degenerate in infection only to fight mercury poison.halitosisux wrote:So does this mean that everyone with relatively high levels of mercury inside their body have candidiasis and BB? The correlation of candida post nasl drip, BB, white coated tongue and mercury poison is still unknown to official medicine. If someone go to his ent for cure BB he got more poison with antibiotics and other useless medicine.
IMHO, BB has a lot of different origins, but for people with with pnd, WC Tongue, candida, it's almost a sure prove of mercury poison and our body defence.
BB is simply the result of candida bacterium on mucus (pnd insid our esophagus) which cause tonsil stones, white coated tongue and mucus to stink. Maybe candida is in action even with wisdom teeth sacks ( still IMHO), but that's another story
P.s. For those with white tongue, try to eat raw garlic, 1 per day, just to see how your tongue change. Garlic is used as natural detox for heavy metal poisons.
Murat thanks for your reply. I'm not a doctor, but I speak only by my little knowledge on the subject.aydinmur wrote:
Doctors dont give poison to anyone, medicine is not useless.
Hope helps

The World Health Organization declared there is no safe level of mercury for human beings – in other words, mercury is so poisonous that no amount of mercury absorption is safe.
Candida and mercury are linked by a lot of studies, there is a lot of literature on the subject and, of course, like everything is questionable.
I never said Pnd and candida are linked, I just said a lot of people have the same symptoms (pnd, white coated tongue, candida) and maybe there could be a relationship which official medicine is still unaware.
I never said medicine is useless. I just said doctor poison people trying to remove effects without find the cause: how many people are cured with antibiotics for pnd?
Just to stay on the subject, mercury amalgams are still legal in a lot of countries around the world.
Be blessed
