Please explain in more details how the h pylori infection smell like, how far it can be smelled, does your stomach hurt!!!

How does H pylori smell like?
This is me, Jimi Stein, I created this site in December 2005. Welcome.
1. Occasionally there would come shit smell out of my mouth from deep within my body. I would get "Hey did you fart?" remarks.
2. My mouth and skin had a stinky cheese ammonia smell.
3. In the morning I had always a fish taste in my mouth.
Like I ate the dirtiest fish in the world and went to bed without brushing.
4. Inside of stomach would hurt alot (And I don't mean just acid reflux)
5. Acid would come op all the way to my chest.

Sorry Jimi, wasn't sitting behind my computer lol.
I always had a foul smell out of the insides of my mouth (Don't know what it smells like, but it tasted like cheesy/ fishy/sulfur smell. I had like 10% good days and 90% bad days (Depends on what i ate probably).
Also a foul fecal smell would escape my mouth through my stomach or intestine. I would always get a "Did you shit your pants?" remark. I was working on an assignment at school and 3 people sat 2 meters in front of me facing towards me. All of a sudden they made a "WTF who farted" remark and all would look at me. This happened alot.
I don't know if my burps smelled, because I don't really burp in public and I can't smell my own burp either.
Bloating? OH HELL YEAH! Constipation and Bloating was a real problem for me back then. Food wasn't digested properly because of H.Pylory. Even my farts where bubbley small farts. I had to always force my feces and farts out, only to get tiny results.
People could smell my mouth breath from like half to 1 meter away. My stomach/intestine smell was lik 2-2.5 meters.
My stomach always felt weak and painfull. But it didn't bother my appetite. I always ate like an animal.
Also never felt nauseous.
I never saw any nose rub reactions. Or I wasn't paying attention to it? But I always saw those disgust reactions, like they wanted to throw up in my face.
After the 1 week antibiotics treatment, I used Manuka Honey 18+, Brocolli steamed at 60 degrees, red wine, probiotics (Probably doesnt help much), green tea. I did this for like 1 month, just to make sure I got rid of this bacteria.
Before this I only tried Hydrogen Peroxide and Baking Soda.
And now I will leave this halitosis forum for today and look for a cure arm cramp forum lol.
btw I didn't check what I typed so sorry for the grammatical errors lol.

Hi, Thissucks, friendly of you to stick around on this forum. When I told my doctor I had bb, he said big chance it's h pylori, but as my symptoms don't relate much with yours, I guess I didn't have that. With h pylori, did the smell really come out of you stomach or more from the white coating on your tongue?
Definitely out of the stomach. I have some of the same symptoms.

i don't know if i have h pylori or not but i recently visited my doctor about my bb problem (first time ever) and the first thing she decided to do was have me tested for that. i rally hope that is my problem.. sigh.
my bb lately has started to taste/smell kind of fermented. hard to describe but kind of like fermented garbage.

got the rsults from my doc today and she said i don't have h pylori. really disappointed as i was hoping that could be the cause. now it's back to square one and not knowing what the cause is. 
she did a blood test.. is it foolproof? any chance it could be wrong? it was one blood test as part of my physical exam, and i also got tested for standard other stuff as well (iron levels, thyroid, cholesterol level, etc.). she basically said i am generally healthy. she prescribed nystatin as an oral rinse in case it is candida, but i have a feeling this isn't going to work. i don't have the type of white tongue you can scrape off, and it also comes and goes (like i mentioned elsewhere on this forum, lactoferrin seems to keep the white tongue under control).. but i will try it anyway. she is also going to refer me to an ENT specialist...

If the antibody test is negative then that's as certain as any test could hope to be. Different types of tests will make you feel more confident about accepting the result though, and stool test and the breath test are two alternative and reliable methods. Endoscopy biopsy is the gold standard I think, but the most invase (if it's only for taking the biopsy).
After I had an endoscopy the doctor told told me immediately afterwards that my stomach showed no signs of gastritis and that he was certain I was not infected with HP. Biopsy also confirmed this.
DIY test kits are also as reliable as any blood test, as they also check for antibodies.
Negative result = sure as shit you don't have HP.
Positive result = high possibility you have it or have recently had it.
