My improvement story...

I began my enlightenment at age 14 lucky old me. Tried many things, always had good hygeine but like some people the bacteria in my mouth were wrong and unbalanced. I used to smoke alot but wasnt at that time prepared to make the link or the sacrifice as many people smoke and do not suffer. I ate and had similar lifestyles to most people.
Anyway after years of suffereing at age 25 i stopped smoking for good which lessoned the BB by 50 percent although i still had the rampant bacteria problem.
Still suffering at age 32 i forced the doctor to take my tonsils out , i was simply not going to take no for an answer. I had been producing the horrendous tonsiliths since the age of 14 and yet was refused treatment back then. The tonsiliths caused BB that i simply had no control over.
Once the tonsils were out i noticed an improvent in the overall freshness of my mouth. I believe the huge amount of bacteria present in the stones made the levels rocket in the rest of my mouth. At the moment, touch wood, i think i am free of BB most of the time enough at least to even consider relationships and friendships.
I believe in keeping it simple i eat healthy home cooked meals with fresh ingredients - i love currys so i eat tons of garlic and onions which dont seem to affect me negatively. I use fresh herbs which are great anti oxidents, as are spices. Curry does not cause me to get BB.
I take basic multi vitamins and cod liver oil twice a day.
I eat very little processed food and sugar (Bacteria love the sugar), i eat some dairy.
I eat plenty of fruit and vegetables , i love them , full of vitamins, anti oxcidents and nutrients.
Im going to start eating a teaspoon of hempseed in the mornings too as this is really nutricious and cheap.
I take regular aerobic and anerobic exercise but im not a fanatic, this gets the blood moving and removes toxins from the system.
Ok thats the body part , i think you have to tune the body to get the mouth healthy aswell.
My oral routine is as follows:
Throughly scrape the tongue surface from back to front with sterilised scraper. Brush tongue in same manner with a circular brush. Use a oscilating electric toothbrush for 10 minutes and cover every square inch, toothpaste i like is the bicarb one but any would do. Then finally rinse and gargle with Hydrogen peroxide diluted for 5 minutes. I dont use the peroxide at night so that the healthy bacteria are not killed off. I may gargle it again during the day if ive been drinking tons of coffee. Now genrally my breath is not causing me anxiaty anymore. Hopefully this may help someone with the purely oral version of this blight. Reply if you liked this , thanks.
