bad breath from 2 or 3 metters

hello everybody
i have a bad breath since 9 years and i don't know where it come from
what i can't understand is that my bad breath can be smelled from 2 or 3 metters when i talk. Poeple who i speak clog or scratch their nose !
it's horrible. other thing i don't smeel at all my breath
Can somebody help me and tell me where can it be from ?
